The online payment is done in a safe manner on the PayPal site (with your PayPal account or with normal-procedure with a credit card, which is valid even if you do not have a PayPal account).
You can buy with payment by bank transfer. In this case, simply send an email to info@frankeserafico.com with your order and we will send you the bank details for payment that will have to be made before shipping.

The prices indicated on the Site are inclusive of VAT and packaging.

Right of withdrawal (Pursuant d. Lgs. 206/05 of the Consumer Code, Art. 50 et seq.): If the products do not match your expectations, you can exercise the right of withdrawal – paying nothing – sending within 30 days of delivery an email to info@frankeserafico.com. Frank & Serafico collect it for free as long as the goods they are intact.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Below are the texts of the typical Withdrawal Instructions in the new Consumer Code, which transposes the Legislative Decree 21 of 21 February 2014 concerning greater consumer protection, which regulates in detail the right of withdrawal and to which Frank & Serafico adheres in its entirety. You are entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:
a) in the case of a contract for the sale to a single well, the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods; or
b) in the case of a contract of sale relating to multiple goods, ordered in one order and delivered separately, the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good; or
c) in the case of a sales contract for the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.

In order to comply the withdrawal period it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you back off from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made on our behalf, including delivery costs, including additional costs, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
